Thomas L. Jackson has more than 35 years experience in California, Great Basin and Pacific Basin archaeology and has taught archaeology and cultural resource management courses at the University of California at Berkeley and Santa Cruz and San Jose State University. He regularly works with the FERC, Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, State Historic Preservation Officer, other government agencies, Native Americans, and clients to meet the regulatory compliance challenges associated with complex projects. During the past five years he has been project manager for seven (7) hydroelectric relicensing efforts for Southern California Edison Company, under both traditional and alternative licensing processes.
