What Is the GSA Federal Supply Service Multiple Award Schedule?

The GSA Schedule Program is a convenient and simple way for federal agencies to purchase Pacific Legacy’s services quickly and without a protracted solicitation process. Under this program, firms such as Pacific Legacy are “pre-qualified” to provide services to federal agencies. An evaluation process has already taken place, rates have been predetermined to be fair and reasonable and contracting regulations are in place. Any federal customer can place an order directly with Pacific Legacy to acquire our products and services. This allows federal agencies to significantly reduce the amount of time necessary to get the services they need, and a direct relationship is established between the agency and Pacific Legacy. A very small GSA fee, 0.75%, is already included in our GSA rates. Our customers receive 99.25% effort for every dollar they spend.

How Can a Federal Agency Use the GSA Schedule to Acquire Services from Pacific Legacy?

The time and money typically needed to obtain services is greatly reduced by using the GSA Schedule. Acquiring cultural resource services from Pacific Legacy is a straightforward and simple process:

Step 1:

Prepare a Statement of Work (SOW), including the scope of the project, the schedule, etc. Under GSA Schedule rules Pacific Legacy professionals can work with you in developing your SOW.

Step 2:

Present your SOW and Pacific Legacy’s GSA Schedule Contract and Pricelist to your Contracting Officer with a request to place the order directly with Pacific Legacy. Contracting Officers are authorized to award contracts up to $500,000 without requiring information on other GSA Schedule contractors. Contracts over $500,000 require further CO review. If you have additional questions about using the contract, contact our GSA Contracting Officer, Janice Douglas at 253-931-7081 or email at janice.douglas@gsa.gov. Be sure to reference Pacific Legacy’s GSA Contract Number: GS-10F-0192R.

Step 3:

For procurements over $1,000,000, GSA advises Contracting Officers to collect information and quotations from 2 to 4 other GSA contract holders who have the necessary qualifications to complete the SOW. Internal agency-specific policies may require additional contractor and quote reviews by the CO. You can then place your order after you and your Contracting Officer determine the best value for your budget.
